Surface epoxy coating powder has been tested by UL/FM laboratory, completely meeting the requirements of UL262/FM1120&1130to ensure the product quality.
Stable rubber performance:
After 6m/shigh flow speed test and life test, the rubber shall have no cracking,permanent deformation, or break away from the wedge, ensuring the valve is withreliable sealing performance and long service life.
High mechanical strength:
Under the maximumtorque operation, no part shall be damaged, ensuring good functioning of valvewith electric actuator even when momentary high torque input.
High strength body:
The body of casting using ductile iron,with good strength characteristics.Under the high pressure testing (DN50-DN300 4 times rated pressure), there isno leakage or shell cracking.

No groove on the bottom
